Despre revistă

The International Journal of Legal and Social Order (IJLSO) has as its general objective the publication of articles in the field of law, aiming at international visibility both through the scientific profile of the authors and through the topics approached, which we strive to select according to the interest they present for the international scientific community.

In the context of sustainable development of the field of law, conducting the research study from an interdisciplinary and / or comparative law perspective contributes to the understanding of the legislative process, legal professions, mechanisms existing in the judiciary, the case law of various states, the rule of law, a condition that forms the foundation for social order in society.

As a result, the journal will have two sections: a law section, and an interdisciplinary section, through which we want to promote the link between law and other disciplines in the social sciences. For example, in the first year (No. 1/2021) of the journal’s publication, in the law section, we gathered articles on the following topics:

  1. RESPECT FOR FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF THE PERSON DURING JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS - AS AN EXPRESSION OF THE CONCEPT OF PUBLIC SECURITY;
  2. PERSONAL SAFETY. THE SOCIAL CAPITAL. LEGAL FRAMEWORK, FINANCIAL RESOURCES AND EFFICIENT INSTITUTIONAL CONSTRUCTION;
  3. THE CONFLICT BETWEEN EUROPEAN LAW AND NATIONAL LAW AS AN EXPRESSION OF THE NEED FOR PUBLIC SECURITY AND SOCIAL CAPITAL;
  4. PROTECTION AND LIMITATIONS OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS IN THE CURRENT LEGISLATIVE CONTEXT;
  5. LEGAL PROTECTION OF THE INDIVIDUAL;
  6. PUBLIC SECURITY. INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH IN THE CONTEXT OF BUILDING HIGH SOCIAL CAPITAL.

In the interdisciplinary section we followed two main topics:

  1. PROTECTION OF HUMAN CAPITAL IN TERMS OF THE RIGHT TO MEDICAL AND SOCIAL ASSISTANCE;
  2. LIMITING THE POVERTY AND SOCIAL EXCLUSION PHENOMENON - OPTIMIZING THE QUALITY  OF LIFE.

In the future we will add in the law section:

  1. FINANCIAL ECONOMIC SECURITY;
  2. LAW IN BOOKS AND LAW IN PRACTICE IN THE CONTEXT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT: LEGAL EDUCATION AND LAW ENFORCEMENT;
  3. CRIMINALISM IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITALIZATION AND COMPUTERIZATION;
  4. CRIMINAL PROTECTION OF THE HUMAN FACTOR.

In the future we will add in the social order section:

  1. THE IMPORTANCE OF KNOWLEDGE OF TECHNICAL-SCIENTIFIC METHODS AND MEANS APPLIED IN THE FIELD OF FORESTRY - APPROACH IN THE CONTEXT OF PUBLIC SAFETY;
  2. THE ADDRESS OF NATIONAL MINORITIES FROM AN ACADEMIC PERSPECTIVE. A CONTRIBUTION TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF SHARE CAPITAL;
