  • PEACE, RIGHTS, RELIGIONS AND DIALOGUE
Vol. 1 No. Supplement number (2025)

The Jubilee Year 2025, proclaimed by Pope Francis, has been strongly focused
on world peace, particularly in the current context of international conflicts. The
central theme was “hope,” understood as a means of overcoming divisions and
promoting reconciliation and peace. The beginning of Pope Leo XIV’s pontificate,
which took place in May 2025, gave the Jubilee of Hope a new face, one that is
at the same time deeply rooted in ecclesial continuity. On the occasion of the
Jubilee for Justice Officials on Saturday, September 20, the Pope called for a
justice system that does not merely enforce the law, but also promotes dignity, true
equality, reconciliation, and peace. This volume contains the papers presented
at the international workshop “BLESSED ARE THE PEACEMAKERS,” held
at the Pontifical Romanian College in Rome on September 23. Through the
presentations by the authors and speakers participating in the event, there was
an increase in awareness of the values of solidarity and respect for human rights,
using personal testimonies as a tool to raise awareness, to speak out against
violence and war, and to highlight the importance of concrete actions for building
peace. The event was held under the patronage of the Romanian Embassy to the
Holy See and the Sovereign Military Order of Malta.

  • International Cooperationand Dialoque Between Generation
Vol. 1 No. Supplement number (2025)

This volume contains the papers presented at the International Conference on “International Cooperation and Intergenerational Dialogue,” held on September 22, 2025, in Rome, under the patronage of the Romanian Embassy to the Holy See and the Sovereign Military Order of Malta. Academic experts from Romania and Italy discussed the broad and cross-cutting topic of the relationship between international cooperation and intergenerational dialogue in the 21 st century, a
topic whose complexity is inherent in social change. The aim of the conference was to foster dialogue across different disciplines, in an effort to transcend individual specializations, identify key issues, propose solutions, and stimulate new challenges. In this regard, the volume is the result of the harmonious and complementary reflections that emerged, as well as the innovative approaches
    proposed during the conference.
