PORTRAITS OF OFFENDERS ACCORDING TO CRIMES AGAINST PROPERTY

Crimes against property account for most crimes committed in Hungary today, according to relevant statistical data. The presentation will show the partial results of an empirical study examining the motivations of the prisoner offenders those who committed these crimes. The factors that push people to become criminals showed a wide range of results in the self-reported questionnaires and interviews.
